leaders in satellite communications, global news, weather, market
analysis, commodity tracking and other areas critical to high-performance
farm business. Today Agristar Global Networks has subscribers
throughout the U.S. receiving its Internet access and agricultural
information service, which is unmatched in the industry. Plans
are in development to establish the company in other major agricultural
regions of the world.
Agristar Global Networks has a 50-year
track record through its forerunner entities
of developing some of the pioneering communications and business
advisory programs for the agricultural industry. The Company’s
current ownership structure includes multinational agribusinesses
and private investors, and shortly also will involve leading
farm and ranch owners and operators. This broad spectrum is
important in establishing our company as the industry’s

Illinois, with its national operations center located in St.
